研究目的：

观察益气除疲散对大肠癌术后化疗相关性疲乏的临床有效性及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Chupi powder on chemotherapy-related fatigue after colorectal cancer surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.病理学检查符合西医大肠癌诊断标准；
2.大肠癌术后分期为II期，且具有高位因素；或术后分期为III期，需要进行术后辅助化疗者；
3.符合中医气虚肾亏证诊断标准；
4.年龄18-80周岁之间，性别不限；
5.肝肾功能和造血功能基本正常（在无持续支持治疗的情况下）：
（1）中性粒细胞>1.5×10^9/L，血小板>100×10^9/L，血红蛋白>9.0g/dL；
（2）总胆红素正常或<1.5×ULN；AST(SGOT)、ALT(SGPT) <2.5×ULN；血清肌酐<1.5×ULN；
6.预计生存期≥6个月；
7.KPS评分≥60分；
8.自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pathological examination was in line with the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for colorectal cancer;
2. The postoperative stage of colorectal cancer was stage II, and there were high factors; Or postoperative stage III, requiring postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy;
3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of TCM Qi deficiency and kidney deficiency syndrome;
4. Aged between 18 and 80 years, gender is unlimited;
5. Liver and kidney function and hematopoietic function are basically normal (in the absence of continuous supportive treatment) :
(1) Neutrophils >1.5x10^9/L, platelets >100x10^9/L, hemoglobin >9.0g/dL;
(2) Normal total bilirubin or <1.5xULN; AST(SGOT), ALT(SGPT) <2.5xULN; Serum creatinine <1.5xULN;
6. Expected survival >=6 months;
7. KPS score >=60 points;
8. Voluntary informed consent.

排除标准：

1.伴有神智障碍者(神志障碍或严重痴呆者)；
2.合并有其他严重循环系统、造血系统、消化系统、内分泌系统等疾病者；
3.拒绝术后辅助化疗者；
4.妊娠、哺乳者和有妊娠计划者；
5.近1个月参加其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with psychosis (mental disorder or severe dementia);
2. Patients with other serious circulatory system, hematopoietic system, digestive system, endocrine system and other diseases;
3. Patients who refused postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy;
4. Pregnancy, breastfeeding and pregnancy planning;
5. Participated in other clinical researchers for nearly one month.
