研究目的：

针对现有心脏外科手术风险评估模型受患者基础疾病、手术技术、围手术期护理以及地区人种差异等因素影响，存在评估效率不高和评估精度待优化等问题，本项目将机器学习与心脏手术围手术期危险因素相结合，构建基于机器学习的心脏外科手术风险评估模型，助力心脏外科手术的精准治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

In view of the existing risk assessment model by the basic diseases in patients with cardiac surgery, surgical technique and perioperative care and factors such as regional racial difference existed assessment and evaluation accuracy for optimization problems such as inefficient, the project will machine learning combined with cardiac surgery perioperative risk factors, to build the cardiac surgery risk assessment model based on machine learning, To promote the precision treatment of cardiac surgery.

纳入标准：

上海胸科医院、江苏省人民医院、上海市东方医院、山东齐鲁医院、宁夏医科大学附属总医院进行心脏冠状动脉旁路移植手术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting surgery in Shanghai Chest Hospital, Jiangsu Province Hospital, Shanghai East Hospital, Shandong Qilu Hospital, and General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University.

排除标准：

①非首次心脏手术
②冠状动脉旁路移植术合并其他心脏手术
③年龄小于18岁
④围手术期临床资料缺失

Exclusion criteria：

① Not the first cardiac surgery
② Coronary artery bypass grafting combined with other cardiac surgery
③less than 18 years old
④ Lack of perioperative clinical data
