研究目的：

观察针刺四关配合运动和呼吸导引治疗延迟性肌肉酸痛的临床疗效并研究治疗策略的优化  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the clinical effect of acupuncture siguan combined with movement and breathing conduction exercise in the treatment of delayed-onset muscle soreness and study the optimization of treatment strategy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18~30岁；
2. 下肢近2周无规律锻炼或剧烈运动 ；
3. 入组时下肢无不适；
4. 能够接受针灸治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. 18-30 years old;
2. The lower limbs did not exercise regularly or vigorously for nearly 2 weeks;
3. There was no discomfort in lower limbs at the time of enrollment;
4. Able to receive acupuncture treatment.

排除标准：

1. 心血管及呼吸系统疾病；
2. 下肢运动系统严重疾病；
3. 下肢血管疾病；
4. 其他可能在剧烈运动后出现威胁生命安全的不适症状。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cardiovascular and respiratory diseases;
2. Serious disease of the lower limb motor system;
3. Lower limb vascular diseases;
4. Other life-threatening uncomfortable symptoms may occur after strenuous exercise.
