研究目的：

比较不同艾灸量艾灸脾经上的阳性反应点治疗原发性痛经的疗效差异，为临床治疗原发性痛经提供最佳艾灸量提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare different moxibustion moxibustion spleen by the positive point on the amount of the curative effect of treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, provide the best for clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea moxibustion quantity to provide theoretical basis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合原发性痛经的诊断标准；
②年龄18～30岁未育妇女；
③月经周期基本正常（28±7天）；
④病程6个月～15年；
⑤VAS 量表评分≥40mm；
⑥ 试验前24小时内未服用任何止痛药物或接受其他治疗方法。

Inclusion criteria

①Meet the diagnostic criteria of primary dysmenorrhea;
②Childless women aged 18-30;
③ The menstrual cycle was basically normal (28 7 days);
④The course of disease ranges from 6 months to 15 years
⑤VAS scale score 40mm;
⑥No pain medication or other treatment was taken in the 24 hours prior to the trial

排除标准：

①经B超及妇科检查，证实由于子宫内膜异位症、盆腔炎、子宫腺肌病等疾病或其他因素引起的继发性痛经；
②月经周期不规律者；
③结合病史，合并有心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重危及生命的原发性疾病以及精神病患者等不适宜于针灸的其他疾病患者；
④艾灸部位有软组织损伤、破溃、瘢痕、老茧等皮肤问题不适宜艾灸者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Through B ultrasonic and gynecological examination, confirmed as a result of endometriosis pelvic inflammation adenomyopathy and other diseases or other factors caused by secondary dysmenorrhea;
②Irregular menstrual cycle;
③Combined with the medical history, patients with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, as well as other diseases unsuitable for acupuncture and moxibustion, such as mental patients;
④ Moxibustion site soft tissue damage, ulceration scar calluses and other skin problems are not suitable for moxibustion
