研究目的：

1.评价珂立苏在真实诊疗环境中治疗新生儿急性呼吸窘迫综合征的有效性和安全性； 2.探索不同剂量珂立苏的疗效以及影响其疗效的因素； 3.探索珂立苏治疗新生儿急性呼吸窘迫综合征的最佳剂量。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Calisu in the treatment of neonatal acute respiratory distress syndrome in real diagnosis and treatment environment; 2. To explore the curative effect of different doses of Calissol and the factors affecting its curative effect; 3. To explore the optimal dose of Colisu in the treatment of neonatal acute respiratory distress syndrome.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合“蒙特勒标准”的新生儿，其诊断标准如下：
1.明确或可疑诱因（窒息、呛奶、胎粪吸入和感染等）后出现的急性发作（1 周内）；
2. 排除新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征（RDS）、新生儿暂时性呼吸增快（TTN）、肺表面活性物质（PS）相关遗传性缺陷或先天性畸形等引起的呼吸困难；
3.肺部影像学表现为双侧弥漫性不规则的透光度下降、渗出或白肺，这些改变不能用其他原因解释（如局部积液、肺不张、RDS、TTN 或先天性畸形等）；
4.出现先天性心脏病无法解释的肺水肿，心脏超声可用于证实肺水肿原因；
5.出现氧合障碍，以氧合指数（oxygenation index, OI）高低评估氧合障碍程度。

Inclusion criteria

For newborns who meet the Montreux criteria, the diagnostic criteria are as follows:
1. Acute attacks (within 1 week) after definite or suspected causes (asphyxia, milk choking, meconium inhalation, infection, etc.);
2. Dyspnea caused by neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (RDS), transient respiratory hypertropia (TTN), pulmonary surfactant (PS) related genetic defects or congenital malformations was excluded;
3. The imaging findings of the lungs were bilateral diffuse irregular decreased transmittance, exudation or white lungs, which could not be explained by other causes (such as local effusion, atractasis, RDS, TTN or congenital malformations);
4. In the presence of unexplained pulmonary edema caused by congenital heart disease, cardiac ultrasound can be used to confirm the cause of pulmonary edema;
5. The degree of oxygenation disorder was evaluated by oxygenation index (OI).
