研究目的：

本研究旨在观察临床推荐剂量纳布啡在经尿道输尿管镜碎石患者术中及术后镇痛过程中对患者血流动力学及心脏电生理的影响，为临床用药提供一定参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to observe the effects of clinically recommended doses of nalbuphine on patients' hemodynamics and cardiac electrophysiology during intraoperative and postoperative analgesia in transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy patients, and to provide some reference for clinical use of the drug.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：术前心肺功能、ECG及电解质正常；HR校正的QT间期（QTc间期）＜440ms；无神经系统及心理相关疾病；无纳布啡或其他阿片类药物过敏史；同意配合本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: normal preoperative cardiopulmonary function, ECG and electrolytes; HR-corrected QT interval (QTc interval) <440 ms; no neurological and psychological related diseases; no history of nalbuphine or other opioid allergy; consent to cooperate with this study.

排除标准：

排除标准：患者拒绝参与；术前电解质异常；术前ECG提示心动过缓，传导阻滞或其他心律失常；服用延长QT间期的药物（如抗心律失常药，β受体阻滞剂，抗抑郁药，吩噻嗪类药物等）；既往有冠心病及其他心血管疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: patient refusal to participate; preoperative electrolyte abnormalities; preoperative ECG suggestive of bradycardia, conduction block, or other arrhythmias; use of drugs that prolong the QT interval (e.g., antiarrhythmics, beta-blockers, antidepressants, phenothiazines, etc.); previous coronary artery disease and other cardiovascular diseases.
