探讨心脏骤停心肺复苏患者血浆ICAM-1的含量、TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α的变化与CA-CPR后神经功能预后相关性的关系  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the relationship between plasma ICAM-1 level, TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α and the prognosis of neurological function after CA-CPR in patients with cardiac arrest undergoing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)

纳入标准：

宁夏回族自治区人民医院2022年11月-2023年06月因为心脏骤停-心肺复苏成功的患者，均符合CA和ROSC诊断标准

Inclusion criteria

Patients with successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation due to cardiac arrest in the People's Hospital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from November 2022 to June 2023, aged 18-80 years, all met the diagnostic criteria of CA and ROSC

排除标准：

有免疫系统疾病、阿尔兹海默病患者、恶性肿瘤及慢性肝脏疾病、各种疾病终末期、原发凝血系统异常、自然死亡因素所致呼吸、心跳停止和发病前1周内伴有严重感染、休克及严重创伤者，在入选前的3个月内服用其它实验药物或参与其它临床试验的患者以及患者及家属中途退出本次试验者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with immune system diseases, Alzheimer's disease, malignant tumors and chronic liver diseases, end-stage of various diseases, primary coagulation system abnormalities, respiratory and cardiac arrest caused by natural death factors, and patients with severe infection, shock and severe trauma within 1 week before onset of illness. Patients who took other experimental drugs or participated in other clinical trials in the 3 months prior to enrollment, and patients and their family members who withdrew from the trial
