研究目的：

探讨三维术前规划对脊柱退行性病变手术的临床影响和效果，以及三维术前规划在个体化手术中应用的优势，为今后指导手术提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical impact and effect of three-dimensional preoperative planning on spinal degenerative surgery, and the advantages of three-dimensional preoperative planning in individualized surgery, so as to provide a basis for guiding surgery in the future.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①患者因颈椎病、腰椎间盘突 出、椎管狭窄等脊柱退行性疾病导致日常活动障碍，经保守治疗无效行手术者；②美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级：Ⅰ-Ⅱ级；③治疗及试验方案知情并同意者；④影像学资料完整；⑤能够正常语言交流。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients with cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc protrusion, spinal stenosis and other degenerative diseases of the spine caused by daily activities disorders, after conservative treatment ineffective surgery; ② American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: ⅰ-ⅱ; ③ Informed and consented to the treatment and trial protocol; (4) Complete imaging data; ⑤ They can communicate with each other in normal language.

排除标准：

①患有严重基础疾病或其它疾病影响问卷评价者；②临床资料不完整；③随访资料不完整；④合并髋、膝、踝 关节疾患及手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with serious underlying diseases or other diseases affecting the questionnaire evaluation; ② Incomplete clinical data; ③ Incomplete follow-up data; ④ Combined with hip, knee, ankle joint diseases and surgical history.
