研究目的：

评价他扎罗汀倍他米松乳膏治疗慢性斑块型银屑病的安全性、有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evalue the clinical safety and efficacy of tazarotene and betamethasone dipropionate cream for treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）临床确诊的慢性斑块型银屑病患者；
（2）皮损占体表面积小于20%；
（3）年龄18～65岁，男女不限；
（4）自愿签署知情同意书的受试者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients clinically diagnosed with chronic plaque psoriasis;
(2) Psoriasis affecting <20% of the body surface area;
(3) Aged between 18 to 65 years, either sex;
(4) Subjects having understood and signed a written informed consent form prior to any study related procedures being carried out.

排除标准：

（1）对维A酸类药物及研究药物中的任何一种组分过敏者；
（2）点滴型、红皮病型、脓疱型及关节病型银屑病受试者；或其他可能干扰病情评估的皮肤病受试者；以及皮损部位伴有严重皮肤破损和感染的受试者；
（3）患有严重的脏器和系统性疾病，包括心血管（如心力衰竭、不稳定心绞痛）、肝（如肝硬化）、肾（如肾功能衰竭）、肺（如慢性阻塞性肺疾病）、内分泌（如Cushing综合征）、神经系统及血液系统疾病等，以及其他自身免疫性疾病、恶性肿瘤或研究者认为不适合参加本研究的其他疾病；
（4）筛选时实验室检查结果出现以下任何一项异常：外周血白细胞计数<3.0×109/L，或>15×109/L；血红蛋白<90g/L；血小板<100×109/L；ALT、AST>正常值上限2倍；血清肌酐，BUN>正常值上限1.5倍；甘油三酯或总胆固醇>正常值上限3倍；育龄妇女血妊娠试验阳性；
（5）筛选前2周内接受过外用治疗银屑病药物(糖皮质激素、维生素D3衍生物、维A酸类及钙调磷酸酶抑制剂等)；4周内接受过光疗（UVA、UVB）；4周内接受过系统性药物（维A酸类、MTX、环孢素、糖皮质激素及中药等）；6个月内接受过IL~12/IL~23抑制剂治疗；3个月内接受过TNF拮抗剂治疗；
（6）参加本研究前3个月内曾参加过其他临床研究者；
（7）孕妇和哺乳期妇女、研究期间准备受孕的妇女；
（8）可能影响受试者依从性的情况，如长期出差或外出休假、吸毒、药物成瘾、患有精神疾病者；
（9）研究者认为不适宜入选者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who are allergic to any one of the vitamin A acid drugs and the research drug;
(2) Subjects with drip-type, erythrodermic, pustular, and arthritic psoriasis; or other dermatological subjects who may interfere with the assessment of the disease condition; and whose skin lesions with severe skin damage and infection.
(3) Subjects suffering from severe organ and systemic diseases, including cardiovascular (such as heart failure, unstable angina), liver (such as cirrhosis), kidney (such as renal failure), lung (such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), endocrine (such as Cushing syndrome), nervous system and blood system diseases, and other autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors or other diseases that investigators believe are not suitable for the study;
(4) The laboratory test results showed any of the following abnormalities: peripheral blood leukocyte count <3.0x10^9/L, or > 15x10^9/L; hemoglobin<90g/L; platelet< 100x10^9/L; ALT AST>2 times the upper limit of normal value; serum creatinine, BUN>1.5 times the upper limit of normal value; triglyceride or total cholesterol>3 times the upper limit of normal value; positive blood pregnancy test for women of childbearing age;
(5) Subjects who received topical treatment of psoriasis drugs (glucocorticoids, vitamin D3 derivatives, retinoic acid and calcineurin inhibitors) within 2 weeks before screening; phototherapy (UVA, UVB) within 4 weeks; systemic drugs (retinoic acid, MTX, cyclosporine, glucocorticoids and traditional Chinese medicine) within 4 weeks; treated with IL~12/IL~23 inhibitor within 6 months; 3 months Intravenous treatment with TNF antagonists;
(6) Those who participated in other clinical research within the first 3 months of this study;
(7) Pregnant and lactating women, or women who are ready to conceive during the study;
(8) Conditions that may affect subject compliance, such as long-term travel or vacation, drug use, drug addiction, and mental illness;
(9) Subjects investigator believes is not suitable for inclusion.
