研究目的：

探讨超声引导下进行的右侧星状神经节阻滞是否可以降低腹腔镜胆囊切除术后肩痛的发生率和严重程度。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether ultrasound-guided right stellate ganglion block can reduce the incidence and severity of shoulder pain after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ；
2）18周岁≤年龄≤60周岁，性别不限；
3）穿刺部位无感染、包块；
4）凝血功能无异常；
5）无已知局麻药过敏；
6）无肩部外伤、肩部原发疾病引起疼痛史者；
7）术前24小时内未使用镇静或镇痛药物；
8）无糖尿病病史；
9）无严重的视力、听力、语言障碍或因其他原因无法交流；
10）术前未合并严重心、肝、肾功能障碍者；
11）清楚了解、自愿参加该项研究，并由其本人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1)ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ;
2)18 years old≤age≤60 years old,regardless of gender;
3)No infection or mass at the puncture site;
4)No abnormal coagulation function;
5)No known local anesthetic allergy;
6)No history of shoulder trauma or pain caused by primary disease of the shoulder;
7)No sedative or analgesic medication within 24 hours before surgery;
8)No history of diabetes;
9)No severe vision, hearing, speech, or other inability to communicate;
10)Patients without severe cardiac, liver and renal dysfunction before operation;
11)Clearly understand and voluntarily participate in the study, and their informed consent form is signed.

排除标准：

1）入手术室后终止实验者；
2）手术中中途转开腹者；
3）术中发生局麻药过敏者；
4）CO2气腹压＜12mmHg或＞15mmHg；
5）病例随访丢失者。

Exclusion criteria：

1)Terminate the experimenter after entering the operating room;
2)Converted to open surgery midway through surgery;
3)Allergy to local anesthetics during surgery;
4)CO2 pneumoperitoneum pressure<12mmHg or>15mmH;
5)Lost case follow-up.
