研究目的：

本研究目的是通过前瞻性随访胸腹腔镜大手术围术期睡眠质量，估计胸腹腔镜大手术围术期PSD发生率；分析围术期PSD的原因；统计围术期疼痛相关觉醒次数；分层分析术后疼痛、阿片类药物与PSD的相关性；分层分析术中麻醉药物与PSD的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to prospectively follow up the perioperative sleep quality during thoracoscopic and laparoscopic surgery. Estimate the incidence of perioperative PSD. To analyze the causes of perioperative PSD; Count the number of perioperative pain-related awakenings; Stratified analysis of the correlation between postoperative pain, opioids and PSD; Stratified analysis of the correlation between intraoperative anesthetic drugs and PSD.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄＞18岁；择期行胸腔镜手术的患者；
2.择期行腹腔镜手术的患者；
3.手术分级≥Ⅲ级；ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >18 years old; patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic surgery;
2. Patients with elective laparoscopic surgery;
3. Surgery grade >= grade III; ASA grade I to grade III.

排除标准：

拒绝参加本研究者；无法配合问卷调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those who refuse to participate in this researcher; those who cannot cooperate with the questionnaire.
