研究目的：

主要目的： 接受兔抗人胸腺细胞免疫球蛋白诱导免疫抑制治疗的DCD 肾移植患者12个月时急性排异反应（AR）的发生率 次要目的： 1) 评价6个月时的急性排异反应发生率（AR） 2) 评价12个月时移植肾功能延迟恢复（DGF）、移植物存活和患者生存情况 3) 采用探索性模型，探索12个月时与AR和DGF相关的可能的危险因素 4) 通过探索性分析，比较兔抗人胸腺细胞免疫球蛋白推荐剂量亚组和低剂量亚组之间的AR发生率  

Objectives of Study：

Primary: To evaluate acute rejection (AR) at Month 12 in patients from Thymo. induction therapy in China Donated after Cardiac Death (DCD) kidney transplant; Secondary: 1) To evaluate acute rejection (AR) at Month 6; 2) To evaluate delayed graft function (DGF), graft survival, and patient survival at Month 12; 3) To explore possible risk factors associated with AR and DGF at Month 12 with an exploratory model; 4) Exploratory analysis of comparison incidence of AR between standard dose and low dose of Thymoglobuline in subgroups by adjusting covariates.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 在2012年1月1日至2015年04月30日期间接受心脏死亡后器官捐献的中国肾移植患者（包括脑死亡后心脏死亡的器官捐献）
2) 年满18周岁的患者
3) 在进行肾移植时接受了兔抗人胸腺细胞免疫球蛋白诱导免疫抑制治疗的患者

Inclusion criteria

1) Chinese patients who were recipients of a cardiac death renal allograft from 01-Jan-2012 to 30-Apr-2015 (including donation after brain death followed by cardiac death);
2) Aged 18 years or older;
3) Patients have received kidney transplant with Thymoglobuline? induction therapy.

排除标准：

1) 同时接受多个器官移植的患者。
2) 既往接受过肾移植或其它器官移植的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with multiple organ transplants;
2) Patients with previous kidney or other organ transplant history.
