研究目的：

研究酒精成瘾患者给与重复经颅磁刺激爆发模式刺激的治疗方法,通过比较对干预组及伪刺激组在基线、治疗中途一周、治疗结束后的相关量表，头部核磁扫描，认知任务、酒精渴求等方面的差异显著性。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the treatment method of repeated TRANSCranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) burst mode stimulation in patients with alcohol addiction. By comparing the relevant scales, head MRI scan, cognitive task, alcohol craving and other aspects of the intervention group and the pseudo stimulation group at baseline, one week in the middle of treatment, and after treatment, the differences were significant.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 符合DSM-5中物质成瘾诊断标准；
(2) 年龄在18-60周岁；
(3) 初中以上文化程度；
(4) 愿意参加本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of substance addiction in DSM-5;
(2) Aged between 18 and 60;
(3) Junior high school or above;
(4) Willing to participate in the study and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1：患者已经度过急性期，无严重的戒断反应。
2：无癫痫病史。
3：无核磁共振、重复经颅磁刺激禁忌。
4：无精神发育迟滞及严重精神疾病病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has passed the acute phase without severe withdrawal reaction.
2. No history of epilepsy.
3. No MRI, repeated Transcranial magnetic stimulation is contraindicated.
4. No history of mental retardation or serious mental illness.
