Objectives of Study：

Comparison of the effects of dexmedetomidine nasal drip and intravenous pump on restlessness after tonsillectomy in children

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

入选标准：择期行扁桃体+腺样体切除术患儿；年龄3-10岁，ASAI-II级；既往无麻醉药物过敏史；首次经历手术；手术时间20-40分钟。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children with tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy at selected time; Age 3-10, ASAI-II; No previous history of allergy to narcotic drugs; First experience of surgery; The operation time is 20-40 minutes.

排除标准：

排除标准：对右美托咪定或类似物的活性成分或辅料过敏；支气管或心血管疾病史，肝肾功能异常；中重度肥胖，存在呼吸道感染或鼻腔卡他症状者；既往使用过镇静药物或a2受体激动剂或拮抗剂，窦缓或房室传导阻滞；患儿家长拒绝者

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: allergy to active ingredients or excipients of dexmedetomidine or similar substances; History of bronchial or cardiovascular diseases, abnormal liver and kidney functions; Moderate to severe obesity, with respiratory tract infection or nasal catarrh symptoms; Used sedatives or a2 receptor agonists or antagonists, sinus bradycardia or atrioventricular block in the past; Rejected by children's parents
