研究目的：

基于数据挖掘，构建青少年近视发病的风险预测模型，进行近视发病早期识别。根据慢病管理模型理论建立青少年近视人群干预模式，对高风险人群进行管理，研究其在基层医院青少年近视防治中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a risk prediction model for myopia in adolescents based on data mining, and to identify myopia in early stage. According to the theory of chronic disease management model, an intervention model for adolescent myopia was established to manage high-risk groups and study its role in the prevention and treatment of adolescent myopia in primary hospitals.

纳入标准：

自愿加入本研究能够配合开展环境因素问卷调查及进行随访观察的小学生。

Inclusion criteria

Primary school students who volunteered to participate in this study and were able to cooperate with the environmental factors questionnaire survey and follow-up observation.

排除标准：

无法散瞳或不能接受散瞳行屈光度测量的受试者。不能长期参与随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

subjects unable to dilate pupils or unable to receive dilated pupils for diopter measurement. Unable to participate in long-term interviews.
