研究目的：

观察骨质疏松与非骨质疏松患者骨组织、血液中差异基因表达情况，并进行功能富集分析探索可能的分子信号通路表达。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the differential gene expression in bone tissue and blood of patients with osteoporosis and non osteoporosis, and to conduct functional enrichment analysis to explore the possible molecular signal pathway expression.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①经双能X线骨密度检测分为骨质疏松组和非骨质疏松组。②行人工髋关节置换术患者。

Inclusion criteria

① The patients were divided into osteoporosis group and non osteoporosis group by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry. ② Pedestrian hip replacement patients.

排除标准：

术前或者术中检查标本证实有感染征象的患者；患者合并严重的心脑血管、风湿免疫、内分泌性代谢性异常等疾病；1年内接受抗骨质疏松药物或者激素治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with infection signs confirmed by preoperative or intraoperative examination specimens; The patient was complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, rheumatic immunity, endocrine metabolic abnormalities and other diseases; Those who have received anti osteoporosis drugs or hormone treatment within 1 year.
