研究目的：

提供食管气管瘘的新治疗方案  

Objectives of Study：

Provide a new treatment plan for esophago-tracheal fistula

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.禁食和营养支持治疗3个月后仍未好转的难治性食管气管瘘患者；
2.不能容忍手术修理或者修理无效或者拒绝手术的；
3.内镜食管支架置入不能愈合者；
4.缺乏有效治疗的人。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with refractory esophago-tracheal fistula who have not improved after 3 months of fasting and nutritional support treatment;
2. who cannot tolerate surgical repair or the repair is invalid or refuses surgery;
3. endoscopic esophageal stent placement Those who are unable to heal;
4. Those who lack effective treatment.

排除标准：

(1) Lung infection;
(2) Cardiopulmonary insufficiency;
(3) Inability to tolerate anesthesia;
(4) In pregnancy;
(5) Acute stage of stroke;
(6) Mental illness;
(7) History of radiotherapy;
(8) The patient refuses to participate.

Exclusion criteria：
