研究目的：

1. 通过收治难愈性皮肤溃疡患者，给予光动力联合负压吸引和新型敷料序贯治疗后，系统性评估序贯疗法对于治疗皮肤溃疡的优势和疗效（包括对细菌的杀灭作用和对创面的促愈合作用）； 2. 为这类难愈性皮肤溃疡的提供完善的治疗方案参考； 3. 建立其规范化治疗流程和标准化治疗方案，为其在临床及战创伤应用提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To systematically evaluate the advantages and efficacy (including effects of anti-bacteria and wound healing) of sequential therapy on skin ulcers treatment, patients with refractory skin ulcers were received, and followed by treatment with photodynamic combined with negative pressure attraction and new dressing; 2. To provide a preferred treatment for refractory skin ulcer; 3. To provide a basis for clinical and war trauma application, we need to establish a standardized therapeutic process and schedule.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18岁以上，性别不限，临床表现为皮肤溃疡，病程1月以上，如已经有细菌感染的检验证据，明确菌种和感染的细菌量，血糖控制正常，愿意并签署同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged over 18 years and have no gender restriction. Clinical manifestations is skin ulcer and disease duration should more than 1 month. There is test evidence of bacterial infection, clear bacterial species and bacterial amount of infection. Patients should have normal blood glucose and willing to sign the consent form.

排除标准：

对光敏剂过敏，有其他内科严重疾患不能耐受光动力，负压吸引等治疗者，有全身系统感染需及时治疗者，皮肤溃疡活检结果为肿瘤性，血管炎性，血管闭塞性，代谢性等特殊原因，需要先进行病因治疗的皮肤溃疡，其他研究者认为不适合参加研究的。

Exclusion criteria：

Allergic to photosensitizer; With other serious internal medicine which cannot tolerate photodynamic therapy and negative pressure suction treatment; With systemic infections and the skin ulcer biopsy results is tumor, vascular inflammation, vascular occlusive, metabolic or other reasons which need to etiological treatment; other researchers think that doesn't fit to participate in the study.
