研究目的：

应用心肌声学造影和D-SPECT观察高机械指数超声联合六氟化硫微泡是否可以改善心肌微循环障碍和心室重构。  

Objectives of Study：

Myocardial contrast echocardiography and D-SPECT were used to investigate whether high mechanical index ultrasound combined with sulfur hexafluoride microbubbles could improve myocardial microcirculation disorders and ventricular remodeling.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

六氟化硫微泡 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

sulfur hexafluoride 

纳入标准：

确诊为急性心肌梗死患者起病12小时内行PCI治疗TIMI血流0~2级；年龄大于18岁且小于80岁；签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction were treated with PCI with TIMI blood flow level 0~2 within 12 hours of onset; Be older than 18 years and younger than 80 years; Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）既往确诊为心肌梗死患者；（2）怀疑或既往对六氟化硫过敏患者；（3）孕妇及及哺乳期妇女；（4）预计不能完成随访者；（5）正在进行其他临床试验者；（6）智力或精神障碍者；（7）生存期小于2年者；（8）PCI术前已溶栓者；（9）血流动力学不稳定。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with previous diagnosis of myocardial infarction; (2) patients with suspected or previous allergy to sulfur hexafluoride; (3) pregnant women and lactating women; (4) It is expected that the follow-up cannot be completed; (5) other clinical trials are under way; (6) persons with intellectual or mental disabilities; (7) Survival less than 2 years; (8) Thrombolysis before PCI; (9) Hemodynamic instability.
