研究目的：

（1）探讨FGF1可能通过影响EMT从而促进甲状腺癌的侵袭转移能力。 （2）探讨FGF1通过调控HMGA1的表达，从而最终影响甲状腺癌的侵袭转移过程。 (3) 探讨甲状腺癌中FGF1和HMGA1表达的临床意义。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the role of FGF1 in the invasion and metastasis of thyroid cancer by regulating EMT. (2) To explore the role of FGF1 in the invasion and metastasis of thyroid cancer by regulating the expression of HMGA1. (3) To investigate the clinical significance of FGF1 and HMGA1 expression in thyroid cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）临床上首次进行甲状腺手术的患者，并同期行中央区淋巴结清扫或颈部淋巴结清扫术；
（2）术中快速冰冻切片及术后病理确诊为甲状腺癌；
（3）术前无化疗、放疗及免疫治疗史；
（4）年龄18-80岁。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who had undergone thyroid surgery for the first time and had undergone lymph node dissection in Central District or neck dissection at the same time,
(2) The diagnosis of thyroid thyroid cancer was confirmed by intraoperative frozen section and postoperative pathology;
(3) No history of chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy was found before operation.
(4) Age ranged from 18 to 80 years.

排除标准：

（1）复发性甲状腺癌；
（2）合并其它恶性肿瘤疾病；
（3）妊娠及脯乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Recurrent thyroid cancer,
(2) Complicated with other malignant tumor,
(3) Pregnant and breast-feeding women.
