研究目的：

本研究通过观察寒凉因素引发健康女性月经生理状态变化的情况，探求健康女性在接受寒凉刺激前后的红外热像、脉象的客观化变化，并探讨其变化与中医理论的相关联系。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the objective changes of infrared thermal images and pulse images of healthy women before and after receiving cold and cold stimulation were investigated by observing the changes of menstrual physiological state caused by cold and cold factors, and the correlation between the changes and traditional Chinese medicine theory was discussed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

实验组于经期前10天开始，每日摄入寒凉饮食（冰激凌115g），共摄入5日，经来则止。对照组不进行特殊干预，但应注意保暖，不可摄入寒凉食物，避免寒冷因素的干扰。记录观察前后痛经症状出现率、疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）量表、体表各区域热成像及脉象特征、COX痛经症状评价量表（CMSS）、中医证候相关评分标准、相关问卷等共同评价生理状态的改变情况，并于1个月内随访观察VAS和痛经症状评价等指标，观察寒冷对女性月经生理状态的远期影响。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The experimental group began to eat a cold diet (115g ice cream) 10 days before menstruation for 5 days until menstruation. The control group did not receive special intervention, but should pay attention to warm, do not eat cold food, to avoid the interference of cold factors. Dysmenorrhea symptoms before and after the record rate, visual analogue scale (VAS) pain scale, thermal imaging to body surface area and pulse condition characteristic, COX dysmenorrhea symptom assessment scale (CMSS), TCM syndrome score standard and related questionnaire to evaluate the changes in physiology, and VAS in 1 months follow-up observation and evaluation indicators such as symptoms, To observe the long-term effect of cold on menstrual physiology. 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：
①18岁-30岁健康女性，全身状况良好，近3个月月经周期（28±7天）、经期（3-7天）、经量等基本正常；
②近3个月内未出现痛经症状；
③患者知晓此研究方案,签署知情同意书,自愿参加并接受分组，依从性佳；
④正式开始本研究入组前2周未服用过止痛、镇静、激素类药物。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria:
① 18-30 years old healthy female, good general condition, menstrual cycle (28±7 days), menstrual period (3-7 days), menstrual volume in the last 3 months are basically normal;
② No symptoms of dysmenorrhea in the past 3 months;
③ Patients were aware of the study protocol, signed informed consent, voluntarily participated in the study and accepted the grouping, with good compliance;
④ Formal start of this study 2 weeks before enrollment, no analgesic, sedative, hormone drugs were taken.

排除标准：

排除标准：
①排除有子宫附件器质性病变者；
②有其他严重的基础疾病：如严重心血管疾病、代谢性疾病、胃肠疾病（胃炎、肠炎、肠易激综合征等）等及肝炎、结核等处于急性感染期者；
③准备妊娠、妊娠期及哺乳期女性；
④近1个月内参加其他药物临床研究者。

① Patients with organic lesions of uterine adnexa were excluded;
② Have other serious underlying diseases, such as serious cardiovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, gastrointestinal diseases (gastritis, enteritis, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.) and hepatitis, tuberculosis and other acute infection stage;
③ Women preparing for pregnancy, pregnancy and lactation;
④ Participate in clinical research of other drugs within the past 1 month.

采用简单随机化的方法进行病例的分组。由研究者运用SPSS25.0统计软件包进行随机化分组，将符合纳排标准的患者按先后顺序从数1,2,3……59,60进行编号，数字对应患者入组时的次序，应用SPSS 24.0打开Syntax Editor窗口File→New→Syntax，在SET SEED设定种子取值1-60，生成随机数字，将60个随机数字进行分组、编秩，1-30设为实验组，31-60设为对照组。产生随机种子数和分组结果后，制作随机分配卡片，将卡片置入信封之内，信封上的序号与内置卡片的序号相同。符合纳入排除标准的受试者，按照招募的前后次序，获得相同的信封，拆开信封，按照信封内的卡片要求进入相应的分组。
