研究目的：

本研究通过对接受同步放化疗的鼻咽癌患者分别采用精准个性化营养干预与传统固定配方营养干预两种方式，旨在对比两种干预方式对接受放化疗鼻咽癌患者在改善营养状况、提高生活质量及减少放化疗后不良反应等方面的影响和优劣。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the effects and advantages of the two intervention methods on nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy in terms of improving their nutritional status, improving their quality of life, and reducing adverse reactions after radiotherapy and chemotherapy by using precise personalized nutrition intervention and traditional fixed formula nutrition intervention respectively.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄为18-70周岁；
(2) 病理学确诊鼻咽癌，临床分期为II-IV期，需接受同步放化疗（含靶向治疗）的患者；
(3) 27.49≥身体质量指数（BMI）≥15.73（中国体质指数最高标准值23.9*(100%+15%)与最低标准值18.5*(100%-15%)，单位：kg/m2；
(4) 功能状态评分（KPS）≥70；
(5) 血常规指标：白细胞计数≥4.0+9E/L，中性粒细胞绝对值≥2.0+9E/L，血小板计数≥100+9E/L，血红蛋白≥80g/L；
(6) 血生化指标：正常的肝功能（或总胆红素，谷丙转氨酶（ALT），谷草转氨酶（AST）≤2.5倍正常值上限）；正常的肾功能（或肌酐清除率≧60ml/min，或肌酐≤1.5倍正常值上限）；
(7) 无严重心脏疾病及冠心病病史；
(8) 能按要求完成与研究相关的问卷调查；
(9) 自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age: 18-70;
(2) Patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma confirmed pathologically, whose clinical stage is stage II-IV, and who need concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy (including targeted therapy);
(3) 27.49 ≥ Body mass index (BMI) ≥ 15.73 (the highest standard value of Chinese BMI is 23.9 * (100%+15%) and the lowest standard value is 18.5 * (100% - 15%), unit: kg/m2;
(4) Functional status score (KPS) ≥ 70;
(5) Blood routine indicators: white blood cell count ≥ 4.0+9E/L, absolute neutrophil value ≥ 2.0+9E/L, platelet count ≥ 100+9E/L, hemoglobin ≥ 80g/L;
(6) Blood biochemical indicators: normal liver function (or total bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) ≤ 2.5 times the upper limit of normal value); Normal renal function (or creatinine clearance ≥ 60ml/min, or creatinine ≤ 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value);
(7) No history of serious heart disease or coronary heart disease;
(8) Be able to complete the questionnaire related to the research as required;
(9) Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1) 身体质量指数（BMI）＜15.73（中国体质指数最低标准值18.5*(100%-15%)，单位：kg/m2；
(2) 同时患有其他恶性肿瘤；
(3) 严重的消化系统疾病；
(4) 严重心肺肝肾功能异常；
(5) 严重的活动性感染（包括感染）；
(6) 糖尿病患者；
(7) 截肢或体内有支架植入患者；
(8) 正在接受其他形式的营养干预；
(9) 拒绝或因过敏等情况无法使用营养补充剂者；
(10) 精神疾病者、认知损伤者、危重患者、妊娠期或哺乳期妇女等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Body mass index (BMI) ＜ 15.73 (the lowest standard value of Chinese BMI is 18.5 * (100% - 15%), unit: kg/m2;
(2) With other malignant tumors at the same time;
(3) Severe digestive system disease;
(4) Severe dysfunction of heart, lung, liver and kidney;
(5) Severe active infection (including infection);
(6) Diabetic patients;
(7) Patients with amputation or stent implantation;
(8) Other forms of nutrition intervention are being accepted;
(9) Refusing to use nutritional supplements or being unable to use nutritional supplements due to allergies;
(10) People with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critical patients, pregnant or lactating women, etc.
