研究目的：

探讨在老年患者中，术中持续输注间胺酚，以及联合GDFT控制动脉压和维持组织灌注的个体化预防性治疗策略是否能促进老年患者术后康复和改善预后。主要结果是术后AKI的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether intraoperative continuous infusion of metaraminol, combined with GDFT to control arterial pressure and maintain tissue perfusion, can promote postoperative rehabilitation and improve prognosis in elderly patients. The primary outcome was the incidence of postoperative AKI.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥65岁
2.计划行择期胃肠肿瘤切除术手术，需行全身麻醉
3.ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥ 65 years old
2. Planned elective gastrointestinal tumor resection, requiring general anesthesia
3. ASA classification I-III

排除标准：

1.近一个月使用非甾体抗炎药
2.术前存在低血压（SBP＜90mmhg或MAP＜65mmHg），或术中需行控制性降压或者将血压维持在更高水平
3.术前合并严重的难易控制的高血压（SBP≥180mmhg或者DBP≥110mmhg），高血压急症，严重的心律失常，瓣膜狭窄、严重的心脏内分流或心功能受损(纽约心脏协会分类≥III)
4.急性心血管事件，包括急性或失代偿性心力衰竭和急性冠状动脉综合征
5.严重肝肾功能和肺功能不全，慢性肾脏疾病CKD≥4期（肾小球滤过率<30ml/min/1.73m2或者需要肾脏替代治疗或终末期肾病）
6.急诊手术
7.参与者正在参与另一项临床研究或者拒绝参与本项临床研究
8.研究者认为不适合入组者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the past month
2. Preoperative hypotension (SBP < 90mmhg or MAP < 65mmHg), or controlled blood pressure or maintain blood pressure at a higher level during surgery
3. Preoperative complicated with severe uncontrolled hypertension (SBP≥180mmhg or DBP≥110mmhg), hypertensive emergency, severe arrhythmia, valvular stenosis, severe intracardiac shunt or impaired cardiac function (New York Heart Association classification ≥III)
4. Acute cardiovascular events, including acute or decompensated heart failure and acute coronary syndrome
5. Severe liver and kidney function and pulmonary insufficiency, chronic kidney disease CKD ≥ stage 4 (glomerular filtration rate <30ml/min/1.73m2 or need renal replacement therapy or end-stage renal disease)
6. Emergency surgery
7. The participant is participating in another clinical study or refuses to participate in this clinical study
8. Those who are deemed unsuitable by the researcher

术前采用spss22生成随机数字表（1-192）并依次排列，筛选出合格受试者后，入组受试者依次分配对应的数字。将所有入选产妇分成两组（随机号单数对应试验组组(n=96)，随机号双数对应对照组(n=96)。
