研究目的：

1.评估IBD合并肌肉衰减症患者的营养风险和营养水平； 2.比较UC和CD患者肌肉衰减症的患病率； 3.对比分析CT和BIA对IBD合并肌肉衰减症患者的诊断一致性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Assess the nutritional risk and nutritional level of patients with IBD combined with sarcopenia; 2. Compare the prevalence of sarcopenia in patients with UC and CD; 3. Comparative analysis of the consistency of CT and BIA in the diagnosis of patients with IBD and sarcopenia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.有入院前后两周内的腹部CT检查图像；
2.年龄不限，明确诊断为炎症性肠病。

Inclusion criteria

1.There are CT images of the abdomen within two weeks before and after admission;
2.No age limit, a clear diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease.

排除标准：

1.缺失身高、体重等信息；
2.合并糖尿病、甲状腺 功能亢进、HIV或恶性肿瘤等疾病；
3.伴肢体活动障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Missing information such as height and weight;
2. Complicated with diseases such as diabetes, hyperthyroidism, HIV or malignant tumors;
3. Complicated with physical disorders.
