研究目的：

（1）明确不同喂养方式（母乳喂养和奶粉喂养）对婴儿肠道微生态的影响，并观察其随时间发展的规律； （2）观察不同喂养方式（母乳喂养和奶粉喂养）对婴儿心理神经发育的影响； （3）验证三种奶粉：加入乳脂球膜蛋白、低聚糖的配方奶粉和基于羊奶的配方奶粉，和市售普通奶粉相比，对婴儿肠道微生态的建立，以及对婴儿生长发育心理神经发育影响的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

(1)To identify the influence of different feeding behaviour (breastfeeding and formula feeding) on the intestinal micro ecology of infants, and to observe the development over time; (2)to observe the influence of different feeding behaviour (breastfeeding and formula feeding) on neurodevelopment of infant ; (3)to validate different effects of three kinds of milk powder: formula with milk fat ball membrane protein and oligosaccharide, formula based on goat milk, and ordinary marketing formula on the establishment of the intestinal micro ecology and growth, neurodevelopmental of infant .

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

奶粉喂养干预组一，为无法给婴儿提供母乳的母亲提供添加乳脂球膜蛋白和低聚糖的配方奶粉。 奶粉喂养干预组二，为无法给婴儿提供母乳的母亲提供基于羊奶的配方奶粉。 奶粉喂养干预组三，为无法给婴儿提供母乳的母亲提供普通配方奶粉。 出生0-2个月入组，随访到6个月。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

formula feeding intervention group 1: provide formula with milk fat ball membrane protein and oligosaccharide to mothers can't breastfeed their infants. formula feeding intervention group 2: provide formula based on goat milk to mothers can't breastfeed their infants. formula feeding intervention group 3: provide ordinary marketing formula to mothers can't breastfeed their infants. infants of 0 to 2 months are enrolled in the study, and followed up until 6 months old. 

纳入标准：

1）健康的足月婴儿（胎龄≥37周出生体重≥2500g）；
2）Apgar 评分≥9；
3）母乳喂养者应早开奶，计划纯母乳喂养或人工喂养6个月，6个月后开始添加辅食；
4）完全无法实施母乳喂养的研究对象随机进入奶粉喂养组；
5）经筛查无先天性疾病和传染性疾病；
6）母亲孕期无严重疾病。

Inclusion criteria

1) healthy term infants (gestational age >=37 weeks or birth weight >=2500 g);
2) Apgar score >=9;
3) early initial breastfeeding in mothers planning to exclusively breastfeed, and all mothers would complementary feed their infants when 6 month;
4) allocate mothers randomly in the three formula feeding groups, who can't breastfeed their infants;
5) infants without congenital diseases and infectious diseases;
6) mothers without serious diseases during pregnancy.

排除标准：

1）奶粉喂养组中母乳喂养占大部分；
2）父母具有严重的慢性疾病：HIV感染者、癌症、接受骨髓或器官移植、最近3月内接受血液制剂输入、出血性疾病、已知的先天畸形或基因缺陷；
3）父母或者监护人不能正常阅读或者理解汉语；
4）研究期间家庭有搬迁的可能，不能完成随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1) breastfeeding takes majority in infants in formula feeding group;
2) parents have serious chronic diseases: HIV infection, cancer, bone marrow or organ transplant, blood preparation in recent 3 months, congenital malformations, hemorrhagic disease, or a genetic defect;
3) parents or guardians cannot read or understand Chinese;
4) family has the possibility to move, and can't complete the follow-up during the study .
