研究目的：

本项临床试验对电针灸治疗慢性肩袖损伤的有效性进行双盲、安慰剂、随机对照研究，以提供相关循证证据，为后期临床研究和决策提供可靠依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This clinical trial conducted a double-blind, placebo, randomized controlled study on the effectiveness of electroacupuncture in the treatment of chronic rotator cuff injury, so as to provide relevant evidence-based evidence and provide reliable basis for later clinical research and decision-making.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

试验组与对照组均使用华佗牌电针灸针和上海SDZ-V型电针灸仪，试验组电针灸针型号为（0.30x75mm），对照组电针灸针型号为（0.30x25mm）。本项试验中，电针灸组的受试者接受针刺部位为患侧肩髃穴（LI-15）和肩井穴（GB-21）。分别位于三角肌和斜方肌；对照组的受试者接受针刺部位为肩髃穴旁20mm的假肩髃穴和肩井穴旁开20mm的假肩井穴。在确保针刺部位皮肤无破损、感染和其他皮肤疾病时使用酒精棉球进行消毒后使用电针灸针倾斜30-45°刺入肩髃穴或假肩髃穴，再使用电针灸针水平方向刺入肩井穴或假肩井穴。连接电针灸仪，设置为50Hz的持续波，电流强度为1-50mA。电流强度以有酸麻胀而无明显疼痛感觉为宜。试验组和对照组的受试者每周进行5次电针灸治疗，每次30分钟，共进行6周治疗。在治疗前、治疗期间和治疗后第1个月、第3个月、第5个月、第8个月、第十个月和第十二个月分别进行观测项目的评估并详细记录患者情况，治疗后随访预计持续1年。在治疗前后和随访过程中不允许试验组和对照组患者使用其他治疗方法。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Huatuo brand electric acupuncture and moxibustion needle and Shanghai sdz-v electric acupuncture and moxibustion instrument were used in both the experimental group and the control group. The model of electric acupuncture and moxibustion needle in the experimental group was (0.30x75mm), and the model of electric acupuncture and moxibustion needle in the control group was (0.30x25mm). This experiment, electric acupuncture group of subjects with side shoulder Yu areas under acupuncture point (LI - 15) and shoulder well hole (GB - 21). Located in the deltoid and trapezius muscles respectively; Subjects in the control group received acupuncture parts for shoulder Yu hole next to the 20 mm off shoulder Yu hole and shoulders well hole next to open 20 mm off shoulder well hole. In ensuring that acupuncture without damage, skin infections and other skin diseases using alcohol sponge after disinfection using tilt 30-45 ° electrical acupuncture needle piercing the shoulders to Yu hole or false Yu hole, then use horizontal electric acupuncture needle piercing the shoulders well hole or false shoulder well hole. Connect the electric acupuncture instrument and set it as a 50Hz continuous wave with current intensity of 1-50ma. The current intensity should be distension without obvious pain. Subjects in the experimental group and the control group received electric acupuncture treatment 5 times a week for 30 minutes each time for a total of 6 weeks. The observation items were evaluated before treatment, during treatment and after treatment at the first, third, fifth, eighth, tenth and twelfth months respectively, and patients' conditions were recorded in detail. Follow-up was expected to last for 1 year after treatment. No other treatments were allowed before, after and during follow-up. 

纳入标准：

（1）符合肩袖损伤的诊断标准；
（2）病程为3个月以上；
（3）年龄18-55岁，男女不限，种族不限，地域不限，语言不限。

Inclusion criteria

(1) according the diagnostic criteria for rotator cuff injury;
(2) the course of disease is more than 3 months;
(3) aged 18-55 years, male or female, no race, region or language limitations.

排除标准：

（1）在试验前两个月曾进行其他物理治疗、服用非甾体类抗炎药及其他治疗措施；
（2）急性外伤史；
（3）接受肩关节手术或关节镜治疗；
（4）合并冻结肩或骨性关节炎患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) other physical therapy, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (nsaids) and other treatment measures taken two months before the trial;
(2) history of acute trauma;
(3) shoulder joint surgery or arthroscopy;
(4) patients with frozen shoulder or osteoarthritis.
