研究目的：

通过调查百日咳在儿童哮喘、慢性咳嗽、迁延性咳嗽和急性咳嗽患者中的发病情况，以了解百日咳流行现状、百日咳在儿童咳嗽病人中的发病情况、百日咳与哮喘的发病关系，进一步为国家制定百日咳的防疫计划及策略等提供一定的数据支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

By investigating the incidence of pertussis in coughing children with asthma, chronic cough, persistent cough and acute cough, we could understand the prevalence of pertussis, the incidence of pertussis in children with cough, the relationship between pertussis and asthma. So we can provide certain data support for China to formulate epidemic prevention plans and strategies for pertussis.

纳入标准：

＜18岁的儿童咳嗽患者，包括急性咳嗽、迁延性咳嗽、慢性咳嗽儿童及明确哮喘诊断的儿童。

Inclusion criteria

Children <18 years of age with cough, including children with acute cough, persistent cough, chronic cough, and children with a clear diagnosis of asthma.

排除标准：

≥18岁的成人

Adults ≥18 years old
