研究目的：

探讨延续性护理配合改良胰岛素注射技术对糖尿病患者的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of continuous nursing combined with improved insulin injection technology on patients with diabetes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合世卫组织糖尿病诊断标准；
2.首次需要注射胰岛素；
3.自愿参与研究；
4.语言沟通无障碍，有正常的理解和接受能力。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes;
2. Need for insulin injection for the first time;
3. Volunteer for research;
4. Barrier-free language communication, normal understanding and acceptance ability.

排除标准：

1.严重恶性肿瘤患者；
2.传染病患者；
3.急性心肌梗死患者；
4.肝肾功能障碍；
5.脑血管疾病等并发症患者；
6.认知障碍；
7.胰岛素泵已投入使用；
8.无法配合完成调查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe malignant tumors;
2. Patients with infectious diseases;
3. Patients with acute myocardial infarction;
4. Liver and kidney dysfunction;
5. Patients with cerebrovascular diseases and other complications;
6. Cognitive impairment;
7. Insulin pump has been put into use;
8. Unable to cooperate to complete the investigation.
