研究目的：

术后急性肾损伤作为一个常见的术后并发症，为手术人群带来许多困扰。对于术中肾氧饱和度进行监测并确定危险阈值可能是亟待解决的问题，因为术中低肾氧饱和度的发生可能是器官损伤的一个潜在的可改变的危险因素，术中可以使用哪些肾氧饱和度干预阈值仍有待确定，以及它们是否应该由绝对阈值或相对阈值变化来确定。仍需要大量试验来确定术中低肾 氧饱和度的危险界值并根据界值制定最佳治疗策略。本研究旨在评估术中低肾氧饱和度的严重程度和持续时间与术后急性肾损伤的关系并确定最佳预测界值。  

Objectives of Study：

Postoperative acute kidney injury as a common postoperative complication poses many problems for the surgical population. Monitoring intraoperative renal oxygen saturation and determining risk thresholds may be an urgent issue, as the occurrence of intraoperative low renal oxygen saturation may be a potentially modifiable risk factor for organ injury, and it remains to be determined which intraoperative renal oxygen saturation intervention thresholds can be used and whether they should be defined by absolute or relative threshold changes. Numerous trials are still needed to determine the risk threshold for intraoperative low renal oxygen saturation and to develop optimal treatment strategies based on that threshold. The purpose of this study was to assess the relationship between the severity and duration of intraoperative hypoxia and postoperative acute kidney injury and to determine the best predictive threshold.

纳入标准：

1.择期行肝脏切除术的患者；
2.年龄大于等于65岁；
3.ASAⅠ-Ⅲ级；
4.已取得书面的知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing elective hepatectomy;
2. Age greater than or equal to 65 years;
3. ASA class I-III;
4. Written informed consent has been obtained.

排除标准：

1.BMI≤18或≥30kg/m^2；
2.术前合并严重肾功能不全患者（需要进行肾脏替代治疗）；
3.肝移植手术；
4.超声测定肾脏深度≥40mm 或≤20mm。

Exclusion criteria：

1. BMI <=18 or >= 30kg/m^2;
2. Patients with preoperative combined severe renal insufficiency (need for renal replacement therapy);
3. Undergoing liver transplantation surgery;
4. Ultrasound measurement of kidney depth >= 40mm or <= 20mm.
