研究目的：

初步探讨中医体质分型对七氟醚MAC产生的影响及其可能机制  

Objectives of Study：

To preliminarily explore the effect of TCM constitution typing on SEvoflurane MAC and its possible mechanism

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

研究最常见的四种中医体质分型患者，基于Narcotrend监测麻醉深度NI值，用序贯法测定吸入七氟醚全麻诱导使患者意识消失时的MAC值，记录入室时给药前(t1)，吸入七氟醚达到目标MAC值(t2)，患者意识消失时(t3)，气管导管置入即刻(t4)各时点HR、SBP、MAP、DBP、SpO2和NI，以及气管插管前后血浆皮质醇（Cor）值，以确定不同体质患者全麻诱导时达到意识消失的七氟醚MAC值，和血浆皮质醇水平。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The sequential method was used to measure the MAC value of patients with consciousness loss induced by inhalation of sevoflurane under general anesthesia. The MAC value of patients with consciousness loss induced by inhalation of sevoflurane was recorded in the room before administration (T1), the target MAC value of patients with consciousness loss after inhalation of sevoflurane was reached (T2), and the MAC value of patients with consciousness loss (T3). HR, SBP, MAP, DBP, SpO2 and NI at each time point immediately after endotracheal catheter placement (T4), and plasma cortisol (Cor) values before and after endotracheal intubation were determined to determine the MAC value of sevoflurane and plasma cortisol levels for patients with different physical conditions to achieve consciousness loss during induction of general anesthesia.  

纳入标准：

1.广东省中医院择期行全麻手术患者
2.ASA分级 I-II级，年龄30-60岁，体重指数(BMI)20-25kg／m^2
3.无重要生命器官功能障碍，术前检查血常规、心、肺、肝、肾功能均正常且无明显高血压
4.未长期服用阿片或镇静催眠类药物，无精神、神经系统疾病史，无抽烟和酗酒史等
5.无听力障碍，无气管插管困难。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia surgery in Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine
2. ASA grade I-II, age 30-50, body mass index (BMI)20-25kg/m^2
3. No vital organ dysfunction, preoperative blood routine, heart, lung, liver, kidney function were normal and no obvious hypertension
4. No long-term use of opioids or sedative-hypnotic drugs, no history of psychiatric or neurological diseases, smoking or alcohol abuse, etc
5. No hearing impairment, no difficulty in endotracheal intubation.

排除标准：

1.对治疗药物过敏的患者
2.孕妇或哺乳期患者
3.有交流障碍者（语言障碍，精神异常），不能配合者
4.目前正在参加或在本研究前1个月内参加过其它临床试验的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are allergic to therapeutic medications
2. Pregnant or breast-feeding patients
3. Communication disorder (language barrier, mental disorder), unable to cooperate
4. Patients who are currently participating in or have participated in other clinical trials within 1 month prior to this study
