研究目的：

基于移动医疗技术建立线上整合戒烟服务模式，并评价其辅助慢性心肺疾病患者戒烟的疗效和适用性。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish an integrated intervention delivery modality for smoking cessation based on mHealth, and evaluate its efficacy and acceptability in assisting patients with chronic cardiopulmonary disease to quit smoking.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-65岁；
2.确诊或症状可疑的慢性呼吸系统疾病（包括慢阻肺、支气管哮喘、肺间质疾病、支气管扩张等）或心血管疾病（包括冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病和高血压等）；
3.规律吸烟≥1年，每日吸烟≥5支，且在入组筛选时正在吸烟；
4.有戒烟意愿，且计划在1个月内戒烟，希望获得线上戒烟帮助和戒烟热线帮助；
5.拥有智能手机，有微信账号，能够熟练使用微信，包括加好友、发送文字信息、截图等，并使用过微信小程序。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-65;
2. Being diagnosed or suspected with chronic respiratory diseases (including COPD, asthma, pulmonary interstitial disease, bronchiectasis, etc.) or cardiovascular diseases (including coronary heart disease and hypertension, etc.);
3. Regular smoking ≥ 1 year, smoking ≥ 5 cigarettes per day, and smoking at the time of enrollment screening;
4. Planing to quit smoking within one month, and willing to get smoking cessation assist based on mHealth or quitline;
5. Having a smartphone and a WeChat account, being able to use WeChat skillfully.

排除标准：

1.难以理解问卷调查的内容；
2.处于慢性心肺疾病急性加重期或需住院治疗的患者；
3.近1个月曾接受或未来1个月内准备接受冠脉造影检查或手术治疗（包括但不限于PCI等）；
4.目前正在使用戒烟药物或戒烟辅助用品，包括尼古丁替代治疗药物、盐酸安非他酮缓释片、伐尼克兰、电子烟和其他线上戒烟工具，如网页、微信公众号、app等；
5.正在参加其他戒烟研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Difficult to understand the contents of the questionnaire;
2. Being in acute exacerbation of chronic cardiopulmonary disease or requiring hospitalization;
3. Received coronary angiography or surgical treatment in the last month or planing to receive coronary angiography or surgical treatment in the next month (including but not limited to PCI, etc.);
4. Using smoking cessation medications or other aids, including nicotine replacement therapy, bupropion, varenicline, e-cigarettes and other mHealth-based tools, such as web, WeChat Official Account, Apps, etc.;
5. Being participating in other studies on smoking cessation interventions.
