研究目的：

本研究的目的是利用CGM系统连续采集受试者CGM数值，检测患者胰岛β细胞功能、α细胞功能等指标，结合其它临床信息，建立包括CGM监测结果在内的临床大数据，通过云平台对上述数据进行深度挖掘，筛选出用于低血糖预警的关键信号并建立评估模型；在前瞻性队列中进行验证和优化。患者不同饮食种类、运动类型和强度下的CGM信号；利用云平台的深度学习方法和功能CGM 参数，建立基于CGM的精准指导患者饮食和运动等非药物干预下的个性化调控模型，在前瞻性队列中进行验证和优化。应用CGM系统评估T1DM（包括LADA）患者血糖控制情况以规律佩戴CGM在糖尿病管理中对血糖改善的收益，初步探究血糖波动与T1DM胰岛α细胞和β细胞功能以及并发症的关系，对建立CGM在糖尿病的临床管理中的应用提供证据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to use CGM system to continuously collect CGM values of subjects, detect islet β-cell function, α-cell function and other indexes, combined with other clinical information, establish clinical big data, including CGM monitoring results, deeply mine the above data through the cloud platform, screen out the key signals for early warning of hypoglycemia and establish an evaluation model, and verify and optimize them in a prospective cohort. CGM signals of patients under different diets, exercise types and intensities; using the deep learning method and functional CGM parameters of cloud platform, a personalized regulation model based on CGM was established to accurately guide patients' diet and exercise under non-drug intervention, which was verified and optimized in a prospective cohort. The CGM system was used to evaluate the blood glucose control in patients with T1DM (including LADA) to evaluate the benefits of regular wearing CGM in diabetes management, and to explore the relationship between blood glucose fluctuation and islet α-cell and β-cell function in T1DM, as well as complications, so as to provide evidence for the application of CGM in the clinical management of diabetes.

纳入标准：

1型糖尿病组：
① 年龄≥2岁；
② 确诊为1型糖尿病的患者；
③ 受试者已签署知情同意书。
LADA组：
① 年龄≥18岁；
② 半年内不依赖胰岛素治疗；
③ GADA, IA-2A或ZnT8A任一胰岛自身抗体阳性者；
④ 受试者已签署知情同意书。
2型糖尿病组：
① 年龄≥18岁；
② 病程≦6月（个性化血糖调控部分）；病程不设限（低血糖风险预测部分）
② 确诊为2型糖尿病的患者；
③ 受试者已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Type 1 diabetes group:
1. age ≥ 2 years old;
2. patients diagnosed with type 1 diabetes;
3. have signed informed consent form.
LADA group:
1. age ≥ 18 years;
2. no insulin therapy within 6 months;
3. positive islet autoantibodies of either GADA, IA2A or ZnT8A;
4. have signed informed consent form.
Type 2 diabetes group:
1. age ≥ 18 years old;
2. diabetes duration more than 6 months (individualized glucose regulation part); unlimited duration (hypoglycemia risk prediction part)
3. patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus;
4. have signed informed consent.

排除标准：

①其他特殊类型糖尿病
②合并酮症酸中毒，急、慢性感染、手术、外伤等应激状态
③长期使用糖皮质激素或免疫调节剂
④心、肝、肾功能严重不全者（ALT升高超过三倍，血Cr>133umol/L或心衰者）；
⑤患有恶性肿瘤等慢性消耗性疾病、血液病、精神疾病、自身免疫性疾病（如甲亢等）
⑥妊娠期或哺乳期妇女
⑦有酗酒/吸毒史

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other special types of diabetes;
2. Combined with ketoacidosis, acute and chronic infection, surgery, trauma and other stress conditions;
3. Long-term use of glucocorticoids or immunomodulators;
4. Severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction (ALT increased more than three times, serum Cr > 133 umol/L or heart failure);
5. Suffering from malignant tumors and other chronic wasting diseases, blood diseases, mental illness, autoimmune diseases (such as hyperthyroidism, etc.);
6. Pregnant or lactating women;
7. History of alcoholism/drug abuse
