研究目的：

研究SMC4在原发肝癌中的表达情况与临床参数之间的关系及作为原发性肝癌治疗靶点的可行性  

Objectives of Study：

The present study was aimed at clarifying the expression of SMC4 in primary liver cancer and its correlation with clinicopathologic features, including the feasibility of using SMC4 gene as a therapeutic target for primary liver cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

本研究中所有标本均采自原发性肝癌患者，并且该患者在手术之前均未行放疗及化疗等任何治疗，术后均有病理结果证实。

Inclusion criteria

All the specimens collected in this study are all primary liver cancer patients, and the patients do not receive the radiotherapy and chemotherapy or any other treatment, pathological results are confirmed after operation.

排除标准：

① 患者术前接受过放疗、化疗等治疗；
② 患有严重疾病，全身器官功能衰竭，患有其他部位肿瘤者；
③ 患者有吸毒史、家族性遗传病、传染病等其他对本实验结果有影响的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

① The patient who receiveed the radiotherapy or chemotherapy；
② The patient with serious diseases ,systemic organ failure or suffer from other tumors；
③ The patient have a history of drug abuse, or suffer from familial genetic diseases,
infectious diseases, and other disease that has a little influence on the experimental
results.
