验证基于前期研究结果开发的《结直肠癌超重患者体重管理方案》的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the effectiveness of the ''Weight Management Program for Overweight Patients with Colorectal Cancer'' developed based on previous research results.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经病理诊断为结肠癌或直肠癌；
2.正在接受肿瘤系统治疗，包括化疗、放疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗；
3.体质指数BMI≥24.0 kg/m^2；
4.年龄≥18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pathologically diagnosed with colon cancer or rectal cancer;
2. Are receiving tumor system therapy, including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy;
3. Body mass index BMI>=24.0 kg/m^2;
4. Aged >= 18 years.

排除标准：

1.肿瘤分期为IV期；
2.合并其他原发恶性肿瘤；
3.合并其他严重器质性疾病；
4.语言或书面交流障碍者；
5.认知或智力障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The tumor stage is stage IV;
2. Combined with other primary malignant tumors;
3. Combined with other serious organic diseases;
4. Those with language or written communication impairments;
5. Cognitive or intellectual disabilities.

使用SPSS 20.0 统计分析软件的随机数字产生器产生随机数字序列并分组，将产生的分组结果分别装入不透明信封内。研究者在患者入院时按照其入院的先后顺序依次获得一个不透明信封，根据信封内的组别类型将患者分配入组，组别以1组、2组命名（同一病房仅纳入同一分组的患者，防止相互沾染）。

The random number generator of SPSS (20.0) is used to generate random number sequences. Then put the grouping numbers into opaque envelopes. When the patients admit to the hospital, they will get an opaque envelope in turn.
