研究目的: |
(1)深度融合“恢复性”模式和“补偿性”模式,采用头脑风暴法和德尔菲法构建基于移动医疗APP的认知矫正方案,为改善精神分裂症患者的认知功能提供具有理论依据、操作性强的干预方案。 (2)对精神分裂症患者实施远程认知矫正干预,评价基于移动医疗APP的认知矫正干预效果,为改善精神分裂症患者的认知功能提供可行、有效的干预措施。 |

Objectives of Study: |
(1)Deeply integrate the "restorative" mode and the "compensatory" mode, construct a cognitive correction program based on mobile medical APP by using the brainstorming method and Delphi method, and provide a theoretical and operational intervention program for improving the cognitive function of patients with schizophrenia. (2)Correct patients with schizophrenia to implement remote cognitive intervention. Evaluate the effect of cognitive correction intervention based on mobile medical APP to improve the cognitive function of schizophrenia patients to provide feasible and effective intervention measures. |

药物成份或治疗方案详述: |
将恢复性认知矫正和补偿性认知矫正治疗结合起来,从策略和练习两方面更大可能性地改善患者的认知功能,并在其中加入患者自我药物管理技能. (1.)恢复性认知训练中,通过设置一些游戏性任务,如视觉跟踪,视觉选择,视觉移动来训练患者的注意力和加工速度;通过空间记忆、字词记忆、数字序列来训练患者的工作记忆;通过视觉记忆、言语记忆及分类、视觉言语联想记忆、语言学习和记忆来训练患者的言语和视觉记忆;通过视觉分类和推理、视觉顺序推理、特定目标的推理小任务来训练患者推理/解决问题的能力;通过表情识别来训练患者的社会认知功能。 (2.)补偿性认知训练中,通过即时记录、日历记录、物品归纳等小策略帮助患者更好的记住需要完成的事情,如在便签纸上写上服药时间,贴在床头;如将药物放在显眼且固定的位置,并归纳好每天要服用的药物及剂量等;教授患者会话注意策略和任务注意策略,提高患者的注意力;通过记录信息、释义和联想、分类信息、首字母策略、结合视觉、重复学习、放松、创建背景等策略改善患者语言学习和记忆能力;通过头脑风暴、六步解决问题法、确定目标及期限等方法帮助患者改善其认知灵活性和问题解决能力,如用六步解决问题法解决当患者需要去医院取药,思考需要如何完成等生活常见情况。 |

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail: |
The combination of restorative cognitive correction and compensatory cognitive correction therapy is more likely to improve the cognitive function of patients from two aspects of strategy and practice, and the self-medication management skills of patients are added to it. (1.)In the restorative cognitive training, the patients' attention and processing speed were trained by setting some game tasks, such as visual tracking, visual selection and visual movement. The working memory of patients was trained by spatial memory, word memory and number sequence. Through visual memory, verbal memory and classification, visual verbal associative memory,language learning and memory were to train patients' verbal and visual memory; Patients' reasoning/problem solving abilities were trained through visual classification and reasoning, visual sequential reasoning, and reasoning tasks with specific goals;Expression recognition was used to train patients' social cognitive function. (2.)In the compensatory cognitive training, small strategies such as instant recording, calendar recording and item induction were used to help patients better remember what needs to be done, such as writing down the time of taking medicine on a post-it paper and sticking it on the bedside. For example, put the medicine in a conspicuous and fixed location, and summarize the medicine and dose to be taken every day; Teaching patients conversational attention strategies and task attention strategies to improve patients' attention; Language learning and memory were improved by recording information, interpreting and associating, classifying information, initial strategies, combining vision, repetition, relaxation, and setting. Help patients improve their cognitive flexibility and problem solving ability through brainstorming, six-step problem solving, and setting goals and deadlines. For example, six-step problem solving is used to solve common life situations such as when patients need to go to the hospital to get medicine and think about how to complete them. |
