研究目的：

1.了解鼻咽癌放疗患者张口困难影响因素，筛选生成最优指标集； 2.前瞻性研究收集鼻咽癌放疗患者发生张口困难的风险指标数据，分别构建RF-SVM预警模型、Logistic回归模型、BP神经网络模型； 3.追踪研究对象放疗一年内是否发生张口困难，通过绘制受试者工作特征曲线，评价三种预警模型的预测能力。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Understand the influencing factors of mouth opening difficulty in patients with nasopharyngeal cancer radiotherapy, and screen to generate the optimal index set; 2. Prospective study to collect the risk index data of mouth opening difficulty in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy, and construct RF-SVM early warning model, Logistic regression model and BP neural network model respectively; 3. Track whether the subjects have difficulty in mouth opening within one year of radiotherapy, and evaluate the predictive ability of the three early warning models by drawing the receiver operating characteristic curve.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.横断面研究纳入标准：
（1）依据中华医学会放射肿瘤学分会鼻咽癌临床诊断分期标准，病理学检查确诊为鼻咽癌；
（2）放射治疗完毕；
（3）年龄≧18 岁；
（4）意识清楚，能够进行正常交流；
（5）定期门诊复查（第1年每1-3 个月一次，第 2 年每 2-6个月一次），有完整的临床资料和随访资料。
2.前瞻性研究纳入标准：
（1）依据中华医学会放射肿瘤学分会鼻咽癌临床诊断分期标准，经病理学检查确诊为鼻咽癌；
（2）年龄≧18 岁；
（3）于2022年1月1日-2022年3月1日新确诊并接受放疗的患者；
（4）意识清楚，能够进行正常交流；
（5）在充分理解本研究的目的、意义、流程的基础上同意参与本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Inclusion criteria for cross-sectional studies:
(1) According to the clinical diagnosis and staging criteria of nasopharyngeal carcinoma of the Radiation Oncology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the pathological examination was diagnosed as nasopharyngeal carcinoma;
(2) Radiotherapy is completed;
(3) Aged >= 18 years;
(4) Clear consciousness and able to communicate normally;
(5) Regular outpatient review (every 1-3 months in the first year, and every 2-6 months in the second year), with complete clinical data and follow-up data.
2. Inclusion criteria for prospective studies:
(1) According to the clinical diagnosis and staging criteria of nasopharyngeal carcinoma of the Radiation Oncology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was confirmed by pathological examination;
(2) Aged >= 18 years;
(3) Newly diagnosed patients who received radiotherapy from January 1, 2022 to March 1, 2022;
(4) Clear consciousness and able to communicate normally;
(5) Agree to participate in this research and sign the informed consent form on the basis of fully understanding the purpose, significance and process of this research.

排除标准：

1.合并有其他类型恶性肿瘤；
2.接受开放性手术或鼻内镜手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other types of malignant tumors;
2. Those who have undergone open surgery or endoscopic surgery.
