研究目的：

观察Cr3+和镁联合补充对胰岛素抵抗人群糖耐量和能量物质代谢的影响，并通过研究活化T淋巴细胞胰岛素信号传导通路中重要信号分子的变化，探索其作用机理，以期为铬和镁联合补充改善胰岛素抵抗和延缓或阻止2型糖尿病的发生提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe effects of Cr3 + and Mg co-supplementation on glucose tolerance and energy metabolism in insulin resistance groups. And by studying the signaling molecule changes in activation of T lymphocytes in insulin signal transduction pathway to explore its mechanism, so as to provide scientific basis for preventing or delaying insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes with chromium and magnesium supplementation.

纳入标准：

45-59岁的胰岛素抵抗人群

Inclusion criteria

people with insulin resistance, 45-59yrs.

排除标准：

高镁血症者、恶性肿瘤患者、冠心病患者以及为治疗疾病而服用各种药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

Hypermagnesemia persons, cancer patients, and coronary heart diseasepatients, as well as patients taking various drugs for the treatment.
