研究目的：

通过对比卵巢癌患者与正常人及卵巢囊肿患者的血液中的外泌体蛋白成分，进一步研究外泌体生物标记物在卵巢癌患者中的差异性表达。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the exosomal protein components in the blood of ovarian cancer patients, normal people and ovarian cyst patients, the differential expression of exosomal biomarkers in ovarian cancer patients was further studied.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.所有患者术前均接受妇科检查及MRI/CT/PET-CT检查；
2.均签署此研究相关知情同意书；
3.经病理证实为卵巢癌患者；
4.根据FIGO标准进行分期。

Inclusion criteria

1. All patients received gynecological examination and MRI/CT/PET-CT examination before operation;
2. All signed the informed consent form related to this research;
3. Patients with ovarian cancer confirmed by pathology;
4. Staging according to FIGO criteria.

排除标准：

1.合并除卵巢癌以外的恶性肿瘤；
2.病理证实有远处转移者；
3.合并与认知功能障碍者；
4.有滥用药物，毒品史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with malignant tumors other than ovarian cancer;
2. Pathologically confirmed distant metastasis;
3. Combined and cognitive dysfunction;
4. Those with a history of drug abuse or drug abuse.
