研究目的：

A.探究自体脂肪干细胞胶（SVF-gel）移植对跟痛症治疗的影响、效果评价及机制。 B.为临床上治疗跟痛症患者提供新思路和依据。  

Objectives of Study：

A. Explore the effect, effect evaluation and mechanism of autologous fat stem cell gel (SVF-GEL) transplantation on the treatment of calcaneodynia. B. Provide new ideas and basis for clinical treatment of calcaneodynia patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

跖骨头部以下的足部疼痛，足部和踝部专家诊断的脂肪垫萎缩，以及任何手术干预或足部注射类固醇后6个月的间隔。

Inclusion criteria

Foot pain below the metatarsal head, fat pad atrophy diagnosed by specialists in the foot and ankle, and a 6-month interval after any surgical intervention or steroid injection in the foot.

排除标准：

未控制的糖尿病(血红蛋白A1c水平>7.0%)、开放性溃疡、感染(包括骨髓炎)、会使脂肪采集和注射过程对患者不安全的全身性疾病、怀孕、已知的凝血障碍以及在过去12个月内使用烟草.

Exclusion criteria：

Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (hemoglobin A1c level & GT; 7.0%), open ulcers, infections (including osteomyelitis), systemic diseases that make fat collection and injection procedures unsafe for patients, pregnancy, known coagulation disorders, and tobacco use in the past 12 months.
