研究目的:

(1)通过小儿气管狭窄的队列研究3D打印可吸收外置的治疗效果,分析总结该手术的手术适应症和手术时机,使重症气管狭窄患儿可以得到早期干预,获得更高的存活率;(2)利用3D打印技术可以实现外支架的个性化定制,通过术中实际情况与术前资料的对比和反馈,改进支架设计与制作,从而实现相互促进;(3)探索术后的监护要点、并发症预防与处理以及评价近远期的随访要点和治疗效果,实现患者的加速康复,医疗资源的最优化使用;(4)推广3D打印可吸收外支架治疗气管软化的方案,制定相关的专家共识或指南,使气管狭窄患儿得到有效治疗,获得更好的近远期生存质量。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) Through the cohort study of tracheal stenosis in children, the treatment effect of 3D printing can be absorbed by external placement, and the surgical indications and timing of the operation are analyzed and summarized, so that children with severe tracheal stenosis can receive early intervention and achieve higher survival rate; (2) Personalized customization of external stents can be realized by using 3D printing technology. Through the comparison and feedback of intraoperative actual situation and preoperative data, stent design and fabrication can be improved, so as to achieve mutual promotion; (3) To explore postoperative monitoring points, prevention and treatment of complications, and evaluation of short-term and long-term follow-up points and treatment effects, so as to achieve accelerated recovery of patients and optimal use of medical resources; (4) Promote the treatment of tracheomalacia with 3D printing absorbable external stent, develop relevant expert consensus or guidelines, so that children with tracheal stenosis can receive effective treatment and obtain better short-term and long-term quality of life.

纳入标准:

气管CT三维重建提示气管狭窄、纤支镜下确诊气管狭窄或软化(管腔内径不足正常气管的50%)、并伴有明显的活动后胸闷、气促或肺组织反复感染。

Inclusion criteria

Tracheal CT suggested tracheal stenosis, and bronchofibroscopy confirmed tracheal stenosis or softening (lumen diameter less than 50% of normal trachea), accompanied by significant post-activity chest tightness, shortness of breath, or recurrent lung tissue infection.

排除标准:

获得性气管狭窄;存在严重的心脑肺疾病或者其凝血指标存在严重异常者;相关综合征:Ehlers-Danlos综合征、CHARGE综合征、VACTERL综合征、Pierre-Robin序列征等。

Exclusion criteria:

Acquired gas tube stenosis; There are serious heart, brain and lung diseases or there are serious abnormal coagulation indexes; Related syndromes: Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, CHARGE syndrome, VACTERL syndrome, Pierre-Robin sequence syndrome, etc.
