评估老年患者非心脏手术后心肌损伤及及急性肾损伤的危险因素以及对预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the risk factors and outcomes of myocardial injury and acute kidney injury after non-cardiac surgery in elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

年龄＞65岁，且在全身麻醉或区域麻醉下行非心脏手术治疗的老年患者，ASA分级Ⅰ～IV级，

Inclusion criteria

Elderly patients（＞65 year） undergoing noncardiac surgery, ASA class ⅰ-IV

排除标准：

术前有心肌梗死或者心脏衰竭，住院时间＜24小时，临床资料不完整，术后既没有测量心脏损伤的生物标志物也没有测量肾脏损伤

Exclusion criteria：

Myocardial infarction or heart failure before operation; The hospital stay was less than 24 hours;Clinical data were incompleteneither cardiac injury biomarkers nor kidney injury biomarkers were measured;
