验证静脉曲张封闭系统用于治疗下肢静脉曲张的安全性和有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the safety and efficacy of varicose vein closure system in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18≤年龄≤75 周岁，性别不限；
2.临床诊断为单侧/双侧下肢大隐静脉曲张（仅限浅静脉），本次手术只 处理单侧下肢大隐静脉主干的患者；
3.CEAP 分级属 C2-C4b 级的患者；
4.自愿参加本研究，理解知情同意文件中所述的所有风险和益处，并签署书面知情同意书的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. 18 ≤ age ≤ 75 years old, regardless of gender;
2. Clinical diagnosis of unilateral / bilateral varicose great saphenous veins of lower extremities (superficial veins only). This operation only deals with patients with unilateral trunk of great saphenous veins;
3. Patients with CEAP grade C2-C4b;
4. Poluntarily participate in this study to understand all the risks and benefits described in the informed consent document and sign a written informed consent.

排除标准：

1.每天使用麻醉或非甾体抗炎止痛药来控制与静脉曲张相关疼痛的患者；
2.严重肝、肾功能障碍（ALT>正常上限 3 倍；肌酐>221umol/L）的患者；
3.已知的无法纠正的出血或者患有严重凝血疾病的患者；
4.大隐静脉主干靶病变段血管直径＜3mm 或者＞12mm 的患者；
5.有症状的外周动脉疾病患者；
6.局部直径>12 mm 的靶静脉瘤患者；
8.急性全身感染性疾病的患者；
9.有浅表性血栓性静脉炎的患者；
10.对靶肢体大隐静脉主干进行过介入或外科手术治疗的患者；
11.患有其它可能导致试验困难或明显缩短患者生命预期（<1 年）的疾病， 比如肿瘤、肝病、心功能不全等的患者；
12.已知对利多卡因等局麻药物或氰基丙烯酸酯类物质过敏的患者；
13.包括但不限于盆腔肿瘤、深静脉血栓后遗症、KT 综合征或动静脉瘘病 史引起的非原发性静脉曲张患者；
14.大隐静脉极度扭曲，不适合微创介入治疗的患者；
15.妊娠、哺乳期女性；
16.正在参加其他药物或医疗器械临床试验的患者；
17.其它原因研究者认为不适合入选的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who use anesthetic or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory painkillers daily to control varicose vein-related pain;
2. Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction (ALT > 3 times normal upper limit). Patients with creatinine > 221umol/L);
3. Patients with known uncorrectable bleeding or with severe coagulation diseases;
4. Patients with diameter of the target segment of the great saphenous vein < 3mm or > 12mm;
5. Patients with symptomatic peripheral artery disease;
6. Patients with target vein tumor with local diameter > 12mm;
7. Patients with deep venous thrombosis or pulmonary embolism;
8. Patients with acute systemic infectious diseases;
9. Patients with superficial thrombophlebitis;
10. Patients who have undergone interventional or surgical treatment of the trunk of the great saphenous vein of the target limb;
11. Puffer from other diseases that may cause difficulty in testing or significantly shorten the patient's life expectancy (< 1 year). For example, patients with tumors, liver disease, cardiac insufficiency, etc.
12. Patients who are known to be allergic to local anesthetic drugs such as lidocaine or cyanoacrylate substances;
13. Pnclude, but are not limited to, patients with pelvic tumors, sequelae of deep vein thrombosis, KT syndrome or a history of arteriovenous fistula;
14. Patients with extremely distorted great saphenous veins. Patients who are not suitable for minimally invasive interventional therapy;
15. Pregnant and lactating women;
16. Patients who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs or medical devices;
17. Pther reasons that researchers believe are not suitable for selection.
