研究目的：

旨在研究胃镜检查中使用链霉蛋白酶提高早期癌检出率和视野清晰度的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effectiveness of using pronase in gastroscopy to improve the early cancer detection rate and visual field visibility.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.无胃镜禁忌症且能配合胃镜检查；
2.正在服用抗凝药物者须停药一周后方可进行内镜检查；
3.患者自愿参加，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients without gastroscopy contraindications and able to cooperate with the gastroscopic procedure;
2. Patients who are able to stop taking anticoagulant drugs one week before undergoing endoscopy; 3. Patients who voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.严重心脏病、心力衰竭；
2.重症呼吸道疾病患者；
3.咽后壁脓肿，严重脊柱畸形；
4.其他严重疾病或身体虚弱不能耐受内镜检查者；
5.有出血倾向者;
6.上消化道腐蚀性炎症急性期，或疑为上消化道穿孔者；
7.妊娠期妇女；
8.有碘过敏史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe heart disease and heart failure;
2. Patients with severe respiratory diseases;
3. Patients with posterior pharyngeal abscess and severe spinal deformity;
4. Patients with other serious diseases or physical weakness who could not tolerate endoscopy;
5. patients with bleeding tendency;
6. Acute corrosive inflammation of upper digestive tract or suspected perforation of upper digestive tract;
7. Pregnant women;
8. People with iodine allergy history.

Using a random number table, the whole group was randomly divided (people from the same community were grouped) into an experimental group (n=725) and a control group (n=725). Subjects in both groups underwent gastroscopy and tissue biopsy.
