纳入标准本院正在职业的规培医生愿意参加本培训计划和评估。

Inclusion criteria

Occupationally-active postgraduate students employed in our hospitals, who are willing to participate in this training program and assessment procedure.

排除标准：

排除标准排除规培医师及完成项目情况不到80%的住院医师

Exclusion criteria：

Postgraduate students who completed less than 80% of the program were excluded.
