研究目的:

甲状腺结节筛查首选超声检查,研究数据表明,人工智能辅助诊断模型相比超声科医师诊断甲状腺结节效能明显提高。本虚拟仿真系统融合了人工智能诊断网站,进一步规范甲状腺结节的诊断流程。本研究拟探讨虚拟仿真教学系统在提升医学生掌握甲状腺超声检查流程及相关知识中发挥的重要价值,评估医学生应用评价及学习效果。  

Objectives of Study:

Ultrasound is the first choice for thyroid nodule screening. The research has shown that the AI-assisted diagnostic model has significantly improved the efficiency of diagnosing thyroid nodule compared with ultrasound physicians. This virtual simulation system integrates artificial intelligence diagnosis website to further standardize the diagnosis process of thyroid nodules. This study aims to explore the value of virtual simulation teaching system in improving medical students' mastery of thyroid ultrasound examination process and related knowledge, and evaluate the application evaluation and learning effect of medical students.

医学院本科生是本研究的合格参与者。在进入随机对照试验之前,他们必须完成以下基础课程:(1)人体解剖学,(2)生理学,(3)生物化学,(4)病理学,(5)病理生理学,(6)诊断,(7) 内科和(8)其他专业基础临床课程。

Inclusion criteria

Medical undergraduates were eligible participants in this study. They were required to complete the following fundamental courses before entering the randomized control trial: (1) human anatomy, (2) physiology, (3) biochemistry, (4) pathology, (5) pathophysiology, (6) diagnostics, (7) internal medicine, and (8) other professional basic clinical courses.
