研究目的：

探讨非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者的腹部脂肪分布、脂激素变化与临床病理的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To elucidate the relationships between the clinic feature, distribution of abdominal adipose tissue, plasma adipocytokine concentration, adipocytokine of the abdominal adipose tissue and the pathology of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18～60岁;2.临床诊断为胆囊炎;3.将接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术;4.签署知情同意书;

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18 to 60 years old; 2.the clinical diagnosis is cholecystitis; 3.patients will undergoing cholecystectomy by laparoscopy; 4.patients signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.男性每日饮酒>20g，女性每日饮酒>10g；2.HBsAg、HCVAb、ANA滴度大于1/160；3.自身免疫性肝病和遗传性肝病；4.药物性肝病；5.吸毒者;

Exclusion criteria：

1.>20 g per day in men and 10 g per day in women；2.Patients with positive hepatitis B surface antigen, antibody against hepatitis C virus and antinuclear antibody titre >1/160；3.Patients had autoimmune or genetically induced (hemochromatosis, Wilson’s disease or a1-antitrypsin de?ciency) liver disease；4.injection drug users.
