研究目的：

项目将收集母乳和婴儿粪便，并采用随访、问卷调查、体格测量、肠道菌群检测、认知发育评估等调查方法探究早产儿母乳特定活性成分与健康关联。  

Objectives of Study：

The project will collect breast milk and infant feces, and use follow-up, questionnaire, physical measurement, intestinal flora detection, cognitive development evaluation and other survey methods to explore the relationship between specific active components of premature infants' breast milk and health.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）产妇纳入标准：产后计划在西安长期居住、年龄20-35周岁、计划母乳喂养或混合喂养，父母一方或双方和/或根据当地法律法定监护人提供的书面知情同意。其排除标准：高血压、糖尿病、慢性肝炎、慢性肾炎、精神疾病、吸烟、通过辅助生殖技术孕育双胞胎或多胞胎或婴儿的母亲。
2）新生儿纳入标准：单胎，入组时正接受母乳喂养，可以是纯母乳喂养或辅以婴儿配方奶粉喂养的母乳喂养。其排除标准：重度呼吸窘迫症、重度动脉导管未闭、遗传性疾病、入组时完全接受配方奶粉喂养。

Inclusion criteria

1) Inclusion criteria for puerpera: Written informed consent provided by one or both parents and/or legal guardian according to local laws for long-term residence in Xi'an, 20-35 years of age, planned breastfeeding or mixed feeding. The exclusion criteria are: hypertension, diabetes, chronic hepatitis, chronic nephritis, mental illness, smoking, mothers who conceive twins or multiple births or babies through assisted reproductive technology.

2) Inclusion criteria for neonates: singleton, receiving breast feeding at the time of enrollment, which can be pure breast feeding or breast feeding supplemented with infant formula. Exclusion criteria: severe respiratory distress, severe patent ductus arteriosus, hereditary diseases, and completely receiving formula feeding at the time of enrollment.

排除标准：

新生儿和产妇入组研究前2周内，参加任何其他涉及试验用产品或已上市产品的研究不得纳入。

Exclusion criteria：

Any other research involving trial products or marketed products shall not be included within 2 weeks before the newborn and puerpera are included in the study.
