研究目的：

评价3%地夸磷索钠滴眼液在干眼患者中应用的疗效和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of 3% diquafosol sodium in treating the patients with dry eye.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

符合筛选标准的患者进入本研究后，使用3%地夸磷索钠滴眼液单药治疗，1次1滴滴眼，每日6次。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The patients who meet the screening criteria are enrolled into the study, then treated only with 3% diquafosol sodium eye drops for dry eye, one drop each time, 6 times each day. 

纳入标准：

1. 18岁及以上的患者，男女不限；
2. 存在干燥感、异物感、烧灼感、疲劳感、不适感、视力波动等主观症状之一；
3. BUT≤10s或Schirmer I试验（无表面麻醉）≤10mm/5min；
4. 角膜荧光素染色（CFS）阳性；
5. 入组前1周内未使用3%地夸磷索钠滴眼液；
6. 经过充分知情愿意签署知情同意书并完成访视的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Male or female patients aged 18 years or above;
2. The presence of at least one subjective symptom such as dryness, foreign body sensation, burning sensation, sensation of fatigue, discomfort and vision fluctuation;
3. BUT≤10s or Schirmer I test (no surface anesthesia) ≤10mm/5min;
4. Cornea fluorescein staining (CFS) is positive;
5. No administration of 3% diquafosol sodium eye drops within one week before enrollment;
6. Patients who are willing to sign the informed consent form (ICF) and complete the visits.

排除标准：

1.任一只眼为法定盲眼的患者；
2.对研究中预定使用的药物或检测（如地夸磷索钠、荧光素）的任何组分有过敏史的患者；
3.入组前2周内或试验期间需联合眼部或全身的非甾体抗炎药、激素、免疫抑制剂、对干眼病情有影响的物理治疗或眼部手术治疗的患者；
4.入组前2周内或试验期间需配戴隐形眼镜的患者；
5.曾接受过泪小点栓塞、泪小点封闭等封闭泪点治疗的患者；
6.患有需要治疗的干眼以外的活动性眼部疾患的患者；
7.计划妊娠、处于妊娠期或哺乳期的女性患者；
8.1个月内曾参加或正在参加其他临床试验的患者；
9.有未被控制的全身疾病或其他原因，研究者判断认为不适合进入本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with either eye in legal blindness;
2. Patients with a history of allergies to any of the components of the drug or test reagent that is expected to be used in the study (e.g. diquafosol sodium and fluorescein);
3. Patients who need to receive topical or systemic non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, steroid or immunosuppressant, or physiotherapy or ocular surgery with impact on dry eye, within 2 weeks before enrollment or during the study;
4. Patients who need to wear the contact lens within 2 weeks before enrollment or during the study;
5. Patients who ever received lacrimal punctum embolization, lacrimal punctum blocking, etc. which block puncta lacrimalia;
6. Patients who suffer from active eye disease besides dry eye;
7. Female patients who plan to be pregnant, are in the pregnancy or lactation period;
8. Patients who participated in within one month or are participating in other clinical trial;
9. Patients who are judged ineligible for this study by investigator due to non-controlled systematic diseases or other reasons.
