研究目的：

主要目的：拟比较闭环肌松监测下深度和中度罗库溴铵肌松阻滞，对围术期肝脏灌注和肝功能的影响。 次要目的：评价和比较深度和中度阻滞组手术时间、机械通气时间、术中气道峰压、PACU停留时间、术中外科操作空间满意程度以及住院时间；评价和比较深度和中度阻滞组术中罗库溴铵用量和bolus次数；评价和比较三组间术后疼痛、恶性呕吐以及手术相关不良事件如伤口感染、吻合口漏、吻合口梗阻、出血、再次手术等发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose: compare the effect of deep or moderate neuromuscular blockade on liver's perfusion and function by close-loop monitor during pneumoperitoneum for laparoscopic hepatic surgery. The secondary purpose: to evaluate and compare the operation time, mechanical ventilation time, peak airway pressure during operation, PACU residence time, satisfaction degree of surgical operation space and hospitalization time; to evaluate and compare intraoperative dose of rocuronium and number of bolus;to evaluate and compare the incidence of postoperative pain, nausea and vomiting and operation-related adverse events such as wound infection, anastomotic leakage, anastomotic obstruction, bleeding and reoperation among the three groups.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）签署知情同意书，愿意按照研究方案完成的患者；
2）年龄：18岁- 65岁；
3）体重指数：18.5-40 kg/m2；
4）美国麻醉医师协会ASA分级为I级~III级；
5）美国纽约心脏病学会（NYHA）心功能分级I~II级；
6）Child-Pugh评分A、B级。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients who signed informed consents and agree to follow the research protocol.
2) Aged 18 years to 65 years.
3) BMI 18.5 to 40 kg/m2.
4) The ASA (American Association of Anesthesiologists) physical status I to III.
5) NYHA (New York Heart Association classification) cardiac function I to II.
6) Child-Pugh score class A and B.

排除标准：

1）甲亢；
2）碘过敏；
3）严重的心律失常、心肺功能障碍、脑血管意外、肾功能障碍者；
4）胆红素＞ 3mg/ml；
5）肝硬化失代偿患者；
6）术中大出血者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) hyperthyroidism;
2) iodine allergy;
3) severe arrhythmia, cardiopulmonary dysfunction, cerebrovascular accident, renal dysfunction.
4) bilirubin > 3mg/ml;
5) patients with decompensation of liver cirrhosis;
6) patients with severe intraoperative bleeding.
