探讨髌下脂肪垫在骨性关节炎发生发展中的机制研究  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the mechanism of infrapatellar fat pad in the occurrence and development of osteoarthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

取在全麻气管插管下行全膝关节置换术或前交叉韧带断裂重建修复手术的40名患者髌下脂肪垫等软组织。所有患者均经手术、影像学或组织病理学等确诊为OA晚期，均经两名独立的关节骨科/病理科医生复核手术、影像学或组织病理学等病理检测结果确认为OA晚期者，患者未接受过放疗、化疗、靶向治疗和其他免疫治疗；包含前交叉韧带断裂重建修复手术的病人作为正常健康组；既往病史、现病史、个人史及术后病理和环境资料完善者并且自愿签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

Soft tissues such as subpatellar fat pad were taken from 40 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty or anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under general anesthesia. All patients were diagnosed as advanced OA by surgery, imaging or histopathology, and were confirmed as late OA by two independent joint orthopaedic / pathologists. The patients did not receive radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy and other immunotherapy. Patients including anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and repair surgery were taken as normal health group. Those who have perfect previous medical history, current medical history, personal history and postoperative pathological and environmental data will voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

经确诊为其他类型肌肉骨骼疾病，如骨髓炎和周围神经损伤等其他运动系统的损伤；曾患或正患有其他类型、部位的关节疾病，如类风湿关节炎、痛风性关节炎、创伤性关节炎；有半月板切除术史；有膝关节外伤史；有其他风湿免疫类疾病如强直性脊柱炎、硬化性肌炎和干燥综合征等；有放疗、化疗、靶向治疗和其他免疫治疗等既往治疗史。不愿签署知情同意书；肝肾功能异常；神经系统疾病病史等。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who has been diagnosed as other types of musculoskeletal diseases, such as osteomyelitis and peripheral nerve injury, and other motor system injuries; has suffered or is suffering from other types of joint diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, traumatic arthritis; has a history of meniscectomy; has a history of knee joint injury; has other rheumatic immune diseases such as ankylosing spondylitis, sclerosing myositis and Sjogren's syndrome. There is a history of radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy and other immunotherapy. Unwilling to sign informed consent form; abnormal liver and kidney function; history of nervous system diseases, etc.
